Session Terms & Conditions

  • All session fees for standard full sessions are transferable but non-refundable.
    Session fees secure your appointment and cover preparation and scheduling.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule one time without additional fees, subject to availability.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please call 502-609-7781 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice or less will incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your session.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment.

  • Late arrivals are subject to cancellation without refund.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule for a different date, based on studio availability.

Email Communication

  • Scheduling an appointment enrolls you in our email list.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

  • This is a limited promotional offer and cannot be duplicated, extended, or reapplied under any circumstances.

  • All session fees are final and non-refundable.

  • If you cancel or miss your scheduled appointment, the promotional offer cannot be reissued or reused.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to your session, subject to availability within the promotional period.

  • All prepaid fees will be applied to the rescheduled session, provided availability remains during the promotion window.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the session are not eligible for rescheduling.

Transfers

  • Clients who miss the reschedule window and are unable to attend their scheduled session may transfer their appointment to another client for the same date and time only.

  • Transfer requests must be made by calling 502-609-7781 within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
