We typically photograph 20–30 attendees per hour, per station. For larger events, multiple headshot stations are available to accommodate higher attendance.

Our standard setup uses a 5×7-foot backdrop, along with space for lighting, equipment, and attendee flow. We'll coordinate with your event team to determine the best location.

Attendees receive their professionally processed and lightly retouched headshots through a private digital gallery, typically within an hour of their session when reliable internet is available.

Absolutely! We can incorporate your sponsor's logo, messaging, and calls to action into the digital registration and image delivery experience. Sponsor-provided physical signage is also welcome.
